James and Jennifer founded Pillar Digital Resources leveraging their extensive background in education and youth development spanning over 30 years. With James specializing in secondary education and Jennifer in primary education, they bring a wealth of experience in creating and implementing engaging resources that inspire and nurture young minds. James has held leadership roles in some of Sydney's premier schools and both hold multiple qualifications in education.

In addition to their professional endeavors, they homeschool their five children, enriching their approach to developing resources that foster critical thinking, learning, and personal growth in young people.
